Some Reviews

Yellow Green Red
"End of the Line was recorded in February of this year, and if you can remember the winter Boston had, the pain of lugging amps through slush and snow while wearing four layers of clothing is certainly evident here. Pretty much the antithesis of beach punk."

Anger Still Boils in the Underground
"Bloody Gears doesn't score too many points in the originality section, however there's something about this band that (at least to me) makes them stand out from the pack."

Art 4 Punks
"B side label is pure art, hang it on your wall if it ever leaves the turntable..."

"Don't get me wrong - this is one of the best records I've heard in months. It just sounds so much like the WIPERS."

Teenage Lobotomy
"Well, maybe vocals do remind of Greg Sage a lot, but i hear so much more while spinning this piece of plastic."

Plastic Bomb Fanzine
"Vor allem beim Song „End of line“ ist sehr auffällig."

7" Euro Press is Out Now!

The European edition of the Bloody Gears 3-song EP is now available from Taken By Surprise Records. Order it online HERE.

The Western Hemisphere version on Deranged Records experienced some technical difficulties, but a test has been OK'd and copies should be availble soon - hopefully in time for the NYC show.

Live Video

New York in June

Tickets are onsale already for the Friday, June 18th Cake Shop Eddy Current Suppression Ring show. We will be opening up, and Home Blitz and Pissed Jeans are also playing. Should be a blast. There are very few tickets available for this. If you don't catch ECSR and Pissed Jeans in Manhattan, I highly recommend checking them out the next night in Brooklyn with Social Circkle. Follow the link to buy one:

Bloody Gears 7"

We have a 3 song 7" record coming out soon on Deranged Records. There is also a Euro press in the works on Taken By Surprise Records sometime down the road. We recorded two new tracks and a better version of the song "Take a Ride" from the demo. Look for it soon wherever punk is bought and sold.
